- Subject to credit approval. Net 30 days on approved accounts. New accounts will be referred to our credit department. Visa and MasterCard accepted.

- All purchase orders must be received in writing. Orders without pricing indicated will be invoiced at published price

- For all custom orders, we require a 60% deposit upon confirmation of order. Pre-production samples are available at a minimal charge.

- In stock non-decorated items can be shipped within 24 hours after credit approval. Lead time for custom orders is approximately 75 to 90 days after confirmation of order, artwork and pre-production sample approval, if applicable. Decorated orders will be shipped within 5 to 15 working days following artwork and credit approval. Rush service available -please contact your super agent.

- All orders are F.O.B. our Montreal warehouse. Delivery is by ground transportation unless otherwise specified in writing on the purchase order. For all rush orders please advise in writing preferred carrier, account number, service required and in-hand date. We assume no responsibility for carrier delays. At the time of delivery it is the client's responsibility to indicate on the shipping manifest any opened or damaged cartons. In order not to have freight surcharges billed after receipt of the initial invoice please indicate on your order any special services or delivery equipment required such as residential delivery, tailgate, delivery appointments. etc. Any additional freight charges incurred which was not previously indicated will result in additional surcharges.

- Our standard shipping process is part of an integrated solution designed to be as efficient and cost-effective as possible. If you prefer to use your own transport service, please take note that an additional fee of $8.75 (G) applies.

- All imprinted orders require minimum quantities as listed throughout the catalogue. Less than minimum orders will be accepted at a charge of $61.25 (G) per imprint item order. Absolute minimum is half of catalogue minimum. InstaShip is not available for below minimum orders.

- Blank samples are available on all products and can be purchased at catalogue EQP less 10%. Blank samples can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for product credit. Customers are responsible for freight charges.

- RO-EL will gladly insert your items. Please contact your super agent for details and pricing. RO-EL's, items will be inserted into other RO-EL items free of charge.

- All efforts will be made to ship exact quantities. We reserve the right to overship or undership by +/- 5% and bill accordingly.

- All orders are considered final when placed. No cancellations will be accepted.

Repairs and returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number, which must be written on the exterior of the box. Please contact your super agent to receive an RA number. All collect shipments will be refused. No claims on decorated items will be accept. after 5 days of receipt of shipment.

- Every effort will be made to ensure uninterrupted supply of products shown in this catalogue. We cannot be liable for temporary stock shortages, slight color variations, minor changes in production specifications, as well as delays caused by customs, shipping and other circumstances beyond our control. All sizes in the catalogue are approximate.

- Customer warrants that they have the legal right to use the marks, symbols or designs depictecl in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold RO-EL harmless in any infringement actions as a result of printing the artwork.

- RO-EL is not responsible for any decoration of products done outside of our facilities. If non-decorated goods are shipped directly to a 3rd party, it is the distributor's responsibility to ensure that the merchandise meets their requirements before imprinting. No returns will be accepted due to errors caused by others.

- For non-decorated products, please deduct $0.54 (G) per unit. No minimums apply. For pricing for less than minimum quantity, please use first column pricing, less $0.54 (G). This discount doesn't apply to houseware and drinkware products.

Artwork. designs, logos, and trademarks imprinted on products in this catalogue have been reproduced only as an example of the quality of imprints available from RO-EL. They are not intended to represent or constitute an endorsement of RO-EL or its products by any other company. All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by factory in producing the items ordered will be accepted by factory as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent contractual limitations or similar protection.

- Spec samples are available EQP -10% on product + applicable set-ups. Confirm an order within 30 days and set-up charges will be waived. 3 spec samples per item. Standard delivery and printing lead times apply. Merchandise cannot be returned.

- Self promotions are available at EQP -30%. Regular set-up charges apply. Refer to the second column for maximum quantities. Standard delivery and timelines apply. Merchandise cannot be returned.
